Can anyone advise me on a typewriter Barbie?

Hello, does anybodies daughter has a electronic typewriter Barbie? (a bit like a word processor while). I just have one off eBay, but the letters are just typing again and again in the same location, transport is not moving at all. It has something called a "daisy" in it. Am I doing something wrong or I bought a jerk? Not happy if I like for my daughter

Sorry, I dunno, but maybe you could call the company that sells it, not to mention that you have on eBay and just asked if somethng is wrong.
