Is the rest of the playground Barbie ok if I have to remember the parts that have lead paint?

My daughter has one of the recalled Barbie Playsets. The toy company Mattel said to take the cat in the playground, because it contains lead paint and replacing it. Is the rest of the series ok? What about the dogs and cats that are in the Playsets others? They said nothing about them. How do they know that those are the only parts of the sets that are affected?

Just an FYI they are only being remembered in the U.S. and Canada – basis for their own assessment of whether things will be fine with that. Dream The Dream Puppy and Kitty and bedroom sets are also affected.
