I have some dolls like Barbies, but are made by JPI.INC and Tong. Anybody know what these dolls are?

3 Dolls INC JPI say back head under the hair line. Then I have 3 dolls that have a copyright symbol and say TONG beside her. I would like to know some information about such that someone could give me I am confused and cannot seem to find any information.
