Most people who crochet have made doilies, motifs, edgings or insertions at some point. If you can do this, you can easily become beautiful clothes for a Barbie doll. The wonderful nothing crochet is that you can easily change the size by using smaller thread or a small clip. If you has a pattern you like, but find the subject is too large, you can make it smaller, and vice versa. These are ideas I have used many times in the past years to make doll clothes.
Remember, there are many varieties of thread, white ecru, pastels, bright colors, metallics.
Beading adds wonderful look to Barbie's clothes. Tape that runs through small holes and either tied or placed a small piece of Velcro on each end.
