
When you were little, you probably played with joyful abandon! His imagination soared as it transforms itself on a regular basis. One day were a princess. The next day, could have found that playing cops and robbers. Instead of obsessing over your next meal, playing with his food and could not wait to finish eating for fun can begin again. In no time you doubt your dreams would come true. The sky was the limit, and you was the star of her own show.
How quickly things changed! You became very serious and conscious of himself as worries about mess, bring illnesses and require that you do your hair again. The exercise went from playing tag, taking dance classes, running or hiking on treadmills in the gym and keeping in aerobics class, enjoying more if your body looks cute in spandex.

Do you feel a bit of nostalgia? Well, it's time to listen to your inner child. "Grown-up" not have to mean lifeless. How to reconnect with the imp inside of you that wants to have fun?
Follow these tips and you'll be well on your way:
1. Make a list of entertaining things you like to do – dance, walk, read a book, watch a cartoon, ride horses, learn a language, draw, paint, color, cooking, music, of love – the game can mean different things to different people.
2. Schedule time for fun on your calendar.
3. Making the decision to have a new experience each week.
4. Spend time with young children.
5. Getting rid of self-consciousness – no longer serves you!
6. Limit the amount of time you spend around death and darkness – in the form of news, television, others or their own thoughts.
7. Make a wish list!
8. Pursue your passions!
9. Make a mess!
10. Take time to daydream!
11. Have a slumber party!
12. Have fun and celebrate life! It's all you have!
